97:1
بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ إِنّا أَنزَلنٰهُ فى لَيلَةِ القَدرِ
Saheeh International
Indeed, We sent the Qur'an down during the Night of Decree.
97:2
وَما أَدرىٰكَ ما لَيلَةُ القَدرِ
Saheeh International
And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree?
97:3
لَيلَةُ القَدرِ خَيرٌ مِن أَلفِ شَهرٍ
Saheeh International
The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months.
97:4
تَنَزَّلُ المَلٰئِكَةُ وَالرّوحُ فيها بِإِذنِ رَبِّهِم مِن كُلِّ أَمرٍ
Saheeh International
The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.
97:5
سَلٰمٌ هِىَ حَتّىٰ مَطلَعِ الفَجرِ
Saheeh International
Peace it is until the emergence of dawn.
